Incarnation Solutions designed and implemented a comprehensive IT infrastructure for Solutions Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, covering structured networking, enterprise switching, routing, firewall security, VLANs, VoIP, virtualization, cloud collaboration, email hosting, backup infrastructure and secure connectivity between offices and branches.

Network & Physical Infrastructure

Designed and implemented the complete physical network infrastructure

Installed and configured enterprise network switches, including Ubiquiti (UBNT) and PLANET switches

Implemented structured cabling across a 5-floor office environment

Designed and installed network cabinets and racks on each floor

Installed patch panels, I/O outlets, and network termination points throughout the premises

Designed the network topology and implemented the core/edge architecture

Deployed MikroTik as the edge router

Implemented FortiGate 40F firewall for network security

Configured the FortiGate firewall in transparent mode within the network architecture

Deployed a central Ubiquiti core switch, with floor-level switches connected to the core

Implemented an IP-based telephone system using a Linux-based IP PBX, providing internal VoIP communication across the organization and integrating communication between offices

IT Service Management

Implemented osTicket as a centralized complaint and helpdesk management system for IT complaints, support tickets, issue tracking, user requests, and service management

Private Cloud & File Collaboration

Implemented Nextcloud for internal and external file sharing, allowing office staff and clients to securely exchange and collaborate on files

The solution supports collaboration between internal employees, clients, multiple offices, and remote users

Virtualization Infrastructure

Designed and implemented a Linux-based virtualization environment for hosting business applications and services

The virtualization infrastructure was integrated with the organization's networking, storage, and backup architecture

Active Directory

Implemented Active Directory services in the Karachi office using a Linux-based infrastructure, providing centralized identity and user management capabilities

Email Infrastructure

Designed and implemented a Linux-based email server for organizational email services

The infrastructure supports multiple domains, hosted email accounts, centralized email management, and organization-specific mail services

Storage & Backup Infrastructure

Implemented TrueNAS for centralized storage and backup requirements

Additionally implemented Proxmox Backup Server (PBS) for virtual machine backup and recovery, providing a dedicated backup platform for the virtualization environment
